The Sparks were newly empty nesters and had the opportunity to start a new chapter in their lives. They decided to take advantage of their situation and move to San Diego. David Castillo met the couple on the weekend they flew out to the sunshine capital eager to understand what the job had to offer. While in town, the Sparks wanted to get a feel for San Diego, so David took them to 20 different properties to help them with just that.

With Davids help they knew San Diego was the right fit, and decided to take the job opportunity. Randy started 2 weeks later, and would temporarily be living at an extended stay. In the meantime, Monica was at home in Chicago getting everything logistically set to sell their home and close that chapter of their lives.

After a few weeks of being on the market, their home in Chicago went under contract to be sold. As soon as that happened, Monica flew out to San Diego and we began the home search. With a month of doing extensive research, we identified the perfect neighborhood that fit the criteria they were searching for. We set forth onto the Shadowridge community up in North County. The home was just 10 min away from where Randy works, close to Parks & Recreation, and was a multi level home.
