Swe & WIn are business owners of a sushi restaurant in San Diego. They own property in LA and decided it was time to buy property after saving up and renting in Mira Mesa for a few years. Being they were a family of 5, a safe neighborhood and quality schooling was an important factor in their home search. Fortunately, our team had a listing that met this criteria in the Sunbow community of Chula Vista.

Swe immediately fell in love with the home while her husband felt it needed much maintenance for the asking price. They slept on the idea, and after viewing the property a second time we decided to write an offer. We came in under asking price and were able to negotiate a fair price for both parties in the transaction.

Escrow deemed a bit of a challenge, their lender was in LA and my clients didn’t electronically sign documents. We went old school for this deal and we were able to close in 32 days. Swe and WIn are now new property owners of San Diego. They hope to continue to invest in more properties and build more streams of income in the coming years.
